Service could have been better... other than that the food was good

Probably the best menu, value and food in Federal Way, WA. We have been to most of them. The fall down is often the service. It can be slow. Can't get drinks out in a timely manner, could be the bar or just the server. We have been enjoying this great restaurant for decades. They really need to tightwn down the service consistency.

As always good food and mediocre customer service. No one seems to enjoy being at work when I visit. I keep going back though so it's not that bad.

Fantastic Restaurant been going to it for many many years. Always had a good experience, always clean and it smells really good entering. Yum yum.The service is top notch, food even better. I highly recommend the tacos alcarbone. We get it everytime. The fresh salsa and chips are to die for.

Tip sit in the bar and come for happy hour and lunch specials. Great location right off the freeway but parking lot is almost always full. So not a big deal if you have to park in the target lot it’s adjoined. Also don’t forget dessert. We had great service but honestly this is a lunch special really and nothing special about it and the ice cream has gotten smaller and the ore made drinks are not strong at all but yet the opposite.

Great food and the staff was very attentive. I was impressed on how together the bar was and even though my table was clean the server still made sure by wiping the table down once I sat down. I will definitely come back

Absolutely amazing food. And not only is the food really good but the package the food in a manner where it’s still fresh when it arrives. They do not put the meat in with the tacos, the meat comes separately. Which makes the taco not soggy

Spacious, clean, great prices, lots if options on the menu, staff are very personable. Seafood chimi is a must try! You won't be sorry for trying this place. Close to I-5 on/off ramp.

I loved the beans and rice. The enchiladas were good but I didn't like the meat. I asked for ground beef and instead they gave my brisket meat. But overall I still would go back.

Friendly place, great service and attitude from all staff. Food is pleasant, orders accurate and quick to table. Pricing is good, too!Jaime runs a good crew, and we enjoy our meal everytime we visit.

Been here a few times over the last week.Early this week service was kind of iffy, but food was amazing.Went again just the other night and the service was good and on a Friday night was busy but they still had good service but the food lacked the quality.

I like how friendly the staff is. The food is always good. Great selection. Good price. And always quick during my lunch hour.

The food was great and the service good compared to Red Robin who seated us fast and never came to take our order or ask us if we wanted drinks or even acknowledged us. After 10 minutes and seeing the waitress fawn all over the table next to her, I never did see her face, just her back, we left and went to Azteca and ate there. We were a few minutes late for the movie so we couldn't even finish our meal.. but we took it with us. So kudos to Azteca and two thumbs down to Red Robin!

Their reward system is now sending text messages at least once a day. I understand it’s weird times, but this is basically harassment

The federal way location is our favorite place! Friendly staff and the best food. They use good quality chicken which is hard to find sometimes.

By far my favorite Mexican restaurant in the Federal Way area (WA) PERIOD. Whether it be the food the drinks or the service everything about Azteca is awesome. Both my wife and I enjoy Mexican food and they have never disappointed. Even on their busiest nights which I believe tonight was one of them we only waited for about 5 minutes or so to get our appetizers and their drinks. If you want great Mexican food and service I would definitely suggest stopping here.

Foods are delicious. Servers are very courteous and fast. They are always looking for the needs of the customers. Aztecas .. the perfect restaurant to enjoy lunch or diner.

Decent this time, gave 4 stars cause server was awesome, working her tail off for entire bar area during happy hour!

Service was excellent people were friendly the food tasted great enjoy the atmosphere quiet peaceful relaxing evening.

The servers were good, attentive and made sure my drink was full every time they came by. The food was ok, not saying it was bad but I've had better. This is not to deter you from coming here, I enjoyed my meal and cleaned the plate but I just wanted to give my honest opinion. If you have a lot of people who want to enjoy each other's company and have some good service and not bad food...come here. This isn't your best you've ever had but from my experience, it wasn't terrible.

Really good food at reasonable price! It is hard to find another good mexican restaurant near by. I became a regular here.

The food was excellent. The service was... not. It felt like the person waiting our table was new to the service industry. They weren't rude...nobody was rude...just not as attentive as you would expect at a restaurant. And I'm totally going back there again. It wasn't bad service, just not great.

I love Azteca but miss the larger size in the Mexican Pizza.

I gave it a 4-star because the service was fantastic from the bartender. I ordered the tacos authentica or street tacos. They were very good. The reason that I took one start off his because when I ordered the flan it was... not good. It was very flat and had some weird skin on it. Like it was old or over cooked. The waiter took it off the bill which was very kind. I also had a mango margarita and that was delicious

Good franchise authentic Mexican food. It's Mexican food, how can you really go wrong?!
